Age Verification: adilqq takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling very seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. To create an account on adilqq, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full, providing your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. All information provided must be truthful, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. adilqq will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify our customer support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Each Member is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.
You must keep your account information up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account details, or the provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any time, entitles adilqq to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice and to withhold any funds held therein pending investigation.
adilqq is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and anti-money-laundering compliance. The KYC process is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed.
Standard KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission during business hours (WIB). Complex cases or document quality issues may extend this timeline. Members will be notified by email or in-app message of the verification outcome.
If a Member is unable to satisfactorily complete the KYC process within the timeframe requested by adilqq, the Platform reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend withdrawal privileges, or close the account entirely.
adilqq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following verified Indonesian payment channels:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000 unless a higher limit has been specifically approved for VIP Members.
Deposits made via local bank transfer during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically credited to a Member's account within 2–5 minutes. Transfers made outside these hours may take up to 60 minutes. adilqq accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. Withdrawals are paid only to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the adilqq account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. adilqq reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers its fraud -detection protocols.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50,000,000 per day for standard accounts. VIP Members may be eligible for higher daily withdrawal limits as specified in their VIP tier agreement.
All transactions on adilqq are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). adilqq does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds received in a foreign currency will be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt, less any applicable conversion charges.
No Fees on Standard Withdrawals: adilqq does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal requests. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which adilqq accepts no responsibility.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by adilqq are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For combined deposit-and-bonus offers, the wagering requirement applies to the combined total of the deposit plus the bonus amount.
A Member is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once, on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposit bonuses are available as specified in the promotions section of the Platform. Bonuses are personal to the Member and may not be transferred. adilqq reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the Member claiming it.
adilqq employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfill wagering requirements artificially, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional conditions. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonus funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.
All bonuses have a validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit, as specified in the individual promotion. Any unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements will be voided upon expiry of the promotional period without compensation.
All bets placed on the adilqq Platform are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and market choices before confirming a wager. adilqq accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the Member.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, game type, and the Member's account tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at the time of wagering. adilqq reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
adilqq reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement; (b) the odds were manifestly erroneous due to a technical error; (c) the outcome of the event was known to the Member at the time of placement through means not available to the general public; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
adilqq offers comprehensive togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets, including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hong Kong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), and Togel Macau. All togel draw results are sourced directly from the official result providers for each respective market. adilqq accepts no liability for any discrepancies arising from delays in official result announcements.
Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during a sporting event at adilqq's discretion, including during delays, interruptions, or at the approach of key match events. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless voided under Clause 7.3.
In the event of a technical failure, software malfunction, or system error that affects the outcome or recording of a bet or game, adilqq reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-transaction state. adilqq will not be liable for any losses arising from such technical events.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, adilqq, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

adilqq implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and employs secure data storage practices to protect Member information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
A Member may close their account at any time by contacting adilqq customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned via the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification has been completed.
adilqq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where adilqq reasonably determines that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to adilqq or other Members.
Upon termination for cause, adilqq reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and any balance held in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Real-money deposits that are confirmed as unencumbered by fraud will be returned to the Member after the investigation concludes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to adilqq's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause shall restrict adilqq's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in order to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.
